Refund Policy

Please note that Hawi does not accept any refunds or returns of purchases unless an item is damaged. If you receive your package/gift and an item is damaged, please email us at hello@hawi.com.au  within 48 hours of receiving your Hawi gift/package. 

Please include photos of the damaged goods in the email and we will do our very best to resolve the issue. 

Kindly note that if you the package that is different to what you initially ordered, we will resolve this as soon as possible at no cost of your own.
