SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
1. How much is shipping?
Express shipping is free on all of our pre-designed gift boxes. For custom boxes, standard shipping is free on all orders, and express shipping is free on orders $100 and above. Otherwise, express shipping is $19.35.
2. How long does delivery take?
Orders placed by 5pm on a business day shall be dispatched the next day.
Orders then take 1-5 business days to arrive within metro areas and longer to remote areas. If you would like to receive your gift box quicker, please let us know when you place your order under 'notes' and we'll do our best to make it happen!
Orders should then be received the next business day if you choose express shipping. See below for standard shipping delivery times:
Within South Australia:
Metro - up to 2 business days
Country - up to 5 business days
Metro - up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points
Country - Please ask at your local Post Office
Kindly note that once your parcel is with the courier, delivery times are out of our hands and cannot take responsibility or blame for delayed or lost packages.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Due to the nature of our boxes, we currently don't ship internationally.
4. Can I get my gift delivered on a specific date?
Of course you can! When you place your order, under 'Notes for Hawi', please state when you would like your parcel to be delivered. We also have our 'Open On' stickers just for extra caution in case the gift box arrives early.
We always do our absolute best to ensure orders arrive on the selected day, however, once the parcel is with the courier, delivery times are out of our hands and cannot take responsibility or blame for gift boxes arriving late.
1. Can I create my own box?
Yes you can! To create your own box, go to the 'Design my Own' page and add up to 10 items to your box. Please note that the minimum products in any box is 4. If you would like more than 10 items in a box, kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make it happen.
2. Can I send my gift with a card?
Aha! Every box comes with a complimentary hand-written card, and we have different cards for almost any occasion. To send a hand-written card with your gift, enter your message under 'Message' during checkout.
3. Do the boxes come with receipts or product prices?
Absolutely not! We will send you a sales receipt once your order is confirmed. Other than that, the gift recipient will not see how much the gift cost.
4. Can I return my gift?
Once your gift has been dispatched, we do not accept any refunds or returns unless an item is damaged or faulty. If the item is damaged or faulty, please email us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your gift. including photos in the email would help speed up the process.
