Frequently Asked Questions 

1. What are the delivery options? 

We offer complimentary standard shipping with all our corporate gift boxes across Australia.
Express shipping is also available but at an additional cost, please let us know if you wish to have express shipping when you place your order and we can provide you with a quote.

2. Can I have my gift box delivered on a specific date?

We can’t guarantee delivery on a specific date but we can work to have it arrive as close to the date as feasible. We also have our 'Open On' stickers that we can use to let the recipient know the gift should be opened on a specific date. 

3. Do you accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences? 

Absolutely! At this time, we offer gluten-free and/or peanut free options in our gift boxes. Please be sure to note this when placing your order so that we are aware of the requirements.

4. What are your personalisation options? 

We understand the importance of making gift giving personal, we offer two personalisation options:

  • Branded ribbons with your company’s logo on it or
  • Branded swing tags with a personalised message or your company’s message
5. Do you offer the option of having a letter included within the gift box? 

We offer complimentary hand-written messages to accompany each gift box. You can choose from 'thank you' or 'happy holidays' cards.

6. When do I have to provide my final gift count? 

We require the final gift count at the time of making your first payment. We understand that this can be subject to changes, so, with this in mind, we give you the flexibility of adding additional numbers up to two weeks before the agreed dispatch date.

7. What are the payment options?

We require an initial payment of 50% of the total payment once the design components and gift box contents have been agreed on. The remainder of the payment is required 7 days prior to dispatch. Other payment options can be discussed with our team.

8. What is the process of a bulk order?  

As a first step, please fill out our inquiry form. One of our team members will then be in touch within 24 hours and an online or in person consultation can be arranged to discuss your needs and gift requirements.

The extent of your personalisation needs can also be discussed within that consultation. We then send you the order form where you will fill in all your details and delivery details. Alternatively, you can give us the number and type of boxes you wish to order and we will fill na order form and send to you for confirmation.

We handle all aspects of packing and shipping so you don't have to worry about a thing.

9. Do you have a minimum bulk order?

Our minimum bulk order is as low as 5 boxes. 

10. How far in advance should I place my order?

You can place your order as early as now and as late as 10th December for delivery before Christmas. Please note that while we endeavour to always have products in stock, some of the products from our suppliers go out of stock earlier, and we therefore advice that you place your order as soon as possible. 

11. Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

For all orders placed before November 25th, we offer a 10% discount. 

12. Can you ship to multiple locations?

Yes we absolutely can! We can either ship all boxes to your office location or we can ship the gift boxes to the individual addresses. Please let us know what address/ addresses you would like us to ship to while filling in your order form.
